Just out of curiosity for those using the Minimalistic Text app...do you notice a huge battery drain when using this? I have 2 widgets set up and noticed that my battery seems to be draining really fast. I was using BattStatt and Tajm prior to this and my battery seemed pretty stable. Unless it's one of the following apps that I recently downloaded: Flixster movies, Antivirus Free, or SlideIT Soft Keyboard demo. I'm only thinking its Minimalistic because when I check running apps in settings it seems to have the highest RAM at 12 MB.
Any help would be awesome. I'd post my screenshot but I'm not rooted and the other way seems way too involved.
Which launcher are you using and where can I get the awesome glowing app drawer icon?
WidgetLocker it is an app in the market.
This might sound like a silly question, but I just haven't been able to figure it out...How do you get the custom slider for the lock/unlock screen? Right now I'm only on Go Launcher, Widget Locker, but all I can do with the lock screen, for sliders, is either the iPhone style, or the round buttons.. Am I missing something? Or is there another app or whatever, to allow changing the style further?
Awesome, thanks!!No silly questions here, that is the whole point of this forum, to ask questions . If you go into Widget Locker and long press on the screen, it will bring up a menu. Select Custom Slider, when the screen comes up at the bottom you will see two options: Get Themes and Get Themes... [XDA]. Selecting either of those will allow you to download more Sliders, you can then download them and install and they will be available under the Theme drop down. Select the one you want and if you are happy with the preview (it will show you at the top) then hit Save.
