Root How do save ringtones from one of the ROMs?

I happen to like several ringtones that come installed with Cynogen Mod 7 but I'm planning on flashing to a different ROM. Is it possible to save a few ringtones from one ROM to be used in another ROM (either XtraROM or XtraSense).
