I would love to have this game back. But after rooting and installing ROMs it is all but gone. I have found a couple HTCLetsGolf apk files. But after I install they say, This is not an original file. Is there a way to get it back on the phone?

I actually liked the demo and found myself playing it a lot before I rooted. When I clicked on that link I was all set to buy it, but for $4.99 I'm all set. That's pretty pricey

Yeah, I used to feel that way as well. $5 for an app seems pricey but I've found that for a quality app, I'm willing to spend it. I game more often on my phone and tablet (not very much...but still more) than I do on my Wii.

Plus, I figure if I help support these app makers...there will be better apps in the future. But when you start talking about $15 or $20 apps...that's when I start to think I can live without it.

That's understandable, and I agree about quality apps being worth it. I don't do nearly enough gaming to justify the price tag, but that's just me.

I was playing the demo and liked it. I clicked to see how much it was and it installed without warning. I called Verizon and told them I wanted to see how much it was, Not install the full version. So they gave me the credit back and said, Its on your phone now. You own it for free.

When I first saw this thread I was like, "It's just a silly little golf game", but then the other day I figured I'd see what the big deal was. Game looks great on the phone. Not sure I'd spend the $4.00 on it though, mostly because I'm not really a golf fan, but if I was this game would be a no brainer.

Might I ask...how? I love the version that comes on the phone, wastes time nicely for me. However, I wanted to buy the updated version, and...I'm having no luck. I see it on the site, however, it prompts for my phone, and TBolt isn't listed.

Thoughts?
