Root Format SD Card.

I'm looking for some advice. I wanted to change the ROM on my Desire so I went into storage in the settings and formatted the SD card so I can partition it in ROM Manager.

The problem is, now I can't seem to mount it. My phone keeps saying I don't have an SD card and I keep getting a message along my notification bar saying "Blank SD card" - how can I sort this and get it re-mounted?

Format it on a PC.

if you dont have a card reader, reboot into recovery (manually not with that rom manager crap), mount the SD card as usb mass storage and format it in windows.

for partitioning, recommend using Gparted to partition. Its a bootable CD that runs in a linux environment.
