Well, google are the creators of android, and windows have google chrome... WHY! doesnt android phones get chrome?!?

Android browser uses "webkit" rendering engine like Chrome or Safari on Mac and iPhone. Rendering engine is core of the browser, so the Android phone browser functionality and display capabilities are same like Chrome or Safari, even if it looks little bit different.
If you don't like the browser, you can use many other browsers on Android, like Opera mini, Skyfire, Dolphin or Firefox.
