I seem to be having problems trying to flash some different roms on my LG Ally with the system version 2.2.2. Everytime I try to flash something different, I either get stuck in bootloop or it just completely bricks the phone. Any suggestions on specific roms that work well with 2.2.2 or should I just keep searching in circles? Any help would be awesome, thanks!

Are you Clearing your cache and Dalvik Cache before Installing?

That will boot loop you almost everytime if ya dont do that.

Yes, I use Clockworkmod for this and do it everytime.

I figured as much and I'm assuming there aren't too many out there?
Try using Getitnowmarketings Aloha 1.2.5 or higher. Then try it again. Much more reliable.

Flash this first: http://www.mediafire.com/file/y31i43ywnvi39lp/recovery-aloha-RA-v1.2.5-GNM.zip

Now reboot into recovery again after you have flashed this.

Wipe everything and now flash your Rom.

If for some reason you want to go back to Clockwork flash this: http://www.mediafire.com/file/1asohi986oyoe8r/recovery-clockwork-2.5.0.5-aloha.zip
