i am having a significant battery drop after my tbolt decides its time for a random reboot (1-2 a day). i'm losing anywhere from 15-25% battery (according to my battery monitor on 3D clock widget, and battery life widget)....any ideas/thoughts/comments/suggestions as to why??

Either manually install the new update or wait till its sent OTA. This will fix the random boot I am going on 3 days without a reboot.so I wouldn't worry about the reboot.

Funny I can restart my phone and lose no battery life. Only loss was on the reboot.

same with me...or if i do lose battery, its 3% or less.

i did notice yesterday after i posted this, my battery stayed at the same level for probably a good hour and a half. thought that was kinda odd. and thats with texting and light to moderate internet usage. oh well. hoping the OTA update will eliminate this issue.

Was wondering was your device set to fast boot. If so that would explain the no battery lost for when my device starts over, I lose anywhere from 3-15%. Fast boot setting is only stand-bye like. Question instead of reboots my device just shuts off. I wind up having to reboot it after noticing it off. Kind of reminds me of the dreadful Samskum/Samsucks Behold 2 days. Don't wish to relive and or revisit that again.

^^^^ What he said. Are you guys doing a fast boot or a regular restart? When I did regular restarts, I would average about 10% loss in battery give or take. It was a joke.
