I'm asking.... Is the 0618 build overclocked by default when I install it? I already know what my phone can handle!

It is 600 by default. The kernel that allows 748 is different and not all phones can handle it. So far I have seen three possible scenarios when flashing a build with the 748 kernel...

1. You can run 748 and everything works.
2. You can install the ROM but when you try to use 748 the phone freezes then reboots.
3. You can't install any ROM with the 748 kernel it will just stick on boot everytime.

Hope this helps everyone to classify their ascends!

I'm going to give Cyan-Kmod a try over the weekend, then PG's latest build. Let's see how you guys do head-to-head.

EDIT: Well, that was freaking quick. Kmod tries to boot, then reboots me back into CWM. lol
Next up, PG's latest, with the latest gapps.

EDIT 2: Note to self, when you put the back cover on, make sure the battery is in it...

must be sumtin about yor phone doesnt like then. Wifi works great on mine.

New build should be up tonight. Only changes are 710Mhz max kernel and rovers cyan theme added.

Ok so I'm not alone. He is having the same issue as I am. Like him I am the only ascend user in my house. If it helps I have a Belkin N1 router. I'm only suggesting that whatever changes were made to the code or maybe radio fix don't work on all ascends. Any 5hougjts on what could be causing this?

reset your router and reboot your phone and try it again. btw, what carrier are you with?

I have a lazy. After 3 attempts, I still couldn't get it to stop rebooting into CWM. Doesn't work for me at all.

Tried to try it. I couldn't get it to boot up at all. But, like I said, I have the ultimate lazy Ascend. There are a lot of things that don't work right for me.

it will take about 10 minutes to boot up just be patient, minute just booted up and all is good...love the new look on it btw...

This is a smooth build, i RECOMMEND THIS!!!! Cyan-Kmod
