extended battery now available for the indulge

The battery is ce approved so it has been tested approved and it was just released a couple of days ago mines in the mail can't wait
Do you just talk out of your butt? The CE mark is for products sold in the European Union and since this phone is only available in the states there is no reason they would need to file it. Even if they did this is a declaration by the manufacture and no outside testing is done

In other words its most likely fake

Well, son, samsung's batteries are used in many phones I'm quite a few places other than the usa. So your point is moot.
heck, most samsung phones are released ELSEWHERE before coming to the us! Check google for what's going to be the phone of the year: the sgs2, and you'll see that it's been out for quite some time now in europe, yet it's not even in the us at all!

And not to be poking at an open wound, but you do make a lot of publicity for a company you basically say you have no interest in... It's okay though, just understand that some people view too much of the same information all the time as spam and start attacking the source.
JSYK, most likely if you do make a review of your experience using the said extended batteries right now, most people would just wait for another one. That's how much they associate you with the company.

I'm simply just replying questions .and to be associated to them is like saying I'm associated with a huge company they are a big company I doubt it they would try to advertise on android forum just for the indulge when they sell multitudes of batteries. I'm just informing you guys so we won't be waiting for a custom rom and don't have to waste time making a battery cover. Just to get more life out of are phones. I had email every place were they sold and maked ex batteries just to see if they had or were making one just to give you guys the 411 and I got replied sorry we are not making nothing for that phone sorry but I got email from batterybay and they said it was in the making and now its here I hope the battery cover is compact

oh samsung batteries have the ce mark to. Here a link from ce directCE Certification
Here is a quote from your link "CE certification is the only way that manufacturers can export products into the European Union."

The CE mark on the batterybay is most likely fake. Alot of products now have a "China Export" mark used to confuse customers about it being certified.
Read about it here Written question - China Export (CE) mark feeding off the reputation of the European Conformit

hopefully soon, doesnt seem too promising that 6 days after it goes on sale, some customers dont even have any notification from that company that it shipped yet.

This is a normal thing if the company is located in China since they have to go through a long inquiry as to why is this product going to the states. Same thing happened to me when i ordered some calligraphy pens. So my advice sit tight and give it a few more days.
