I need help with rooting my Samsung Transform.

Im in really desperate need to root my Transform. It has Android version 2.2.2, Kernel version 2.6.32.9, and FROYO.EB28. I've the every method people have suggested. I've tried z4root & gingerbreak, neither worked. I was thinking because your supposed to have your phone usb debugging enabled when you tranfer the files from the computer is the reason why it hasnt been working, but when i've put my phone in usb debugging mode my computer doesnt read my phone AT ALL. It just charges. I just need a simple way to root my phone, because im not very good at technology and i dont wanna brick my phone. PLEASE, SOMEONE HElP ME.
