Help New DINC2 Camera Problems

I recently traded my original incredible for the second and I love except for one problem. When I go into the camera app the first camera works fine but then I try to switch the front facing camera and I get a black screen with all the icons still there. I try and take a picture and in the gallery it says load failed. Does anyone else have this problem/ would know how to fix this?

IMHO your phone has a problem. Call VZW, let them take you through troubleshooting, and plan on receiving a replacement. Or take your finger off the lens (<- joke).

Its not his finger ... its the lens cap
