Seeing as how I am having regrets about some things in my life I was wondering what you all would think about an idea I have. I'll give you a rundown first:
At this point in my life I am in bad shape. I am about 140 lbs and 5 feet 7 inches tall. I am whimpy, scrawny, and frail. And I smoke ciggarettes. Yeah, not the greatest shape ever.
I was wondering if my trusted friends here in the Android Lounge would help give me some motivation to get in shape. Maybe even help me set a goal for myself. I would like to document my progress over the next year to see where I end up. And I want to use my Evo shift to take all the pictures.
I thought I would put some pictures up every two or three months to show my progress. I would like for you all to give me some workout ideas that I can do from home (I don't have time to go to a gym). If there are any athletes here I very much welcome your ideas and opinions.
This is a major challenge for me and I am going to do this regardless of documenting it on the forums. Because I want to be in better shape and quit smoking too; But like I said, I sure could use the extra motivation. And I thought it might be fun to keep track of.
If anybody thinks it would be interesting at all please let me know. If the mods find that this is not a good idea for the forums then I wont do it and you can delete the thread, no hard feelings
Its all in fun. You all might get a good laugh or two along the way as well especially when I put up some "before pictures"...
