Root Rom Manager not flashing Clockworkmod correctly

I rooted my Samsung Fascinate but when I download Rom Manager and but when I try to access the premium features nothing appears even when I downloaded the premium pack. Also when I flash clockworkmod I try to reboot into clockworkmod but the phone boots into Samsung's recovery mode.

Is their another way to install clockworkmod or am I missing something?

Same here. I get the free list of ROMs only. Will return the app if I can access the premium list or any of the additional features. Mine says premium at the top of the app.

Don't get it.
