just wanted to put a request in.the issue about conserving battery life has been an issue for me.i was wondering if you could create an updated or app
where you can turn off the 3g,2g network on the g1.reason why is the g1 is always looking for that 3g or 2g signal therefore draining battery.i know it can be done cause when i didnt pay my tmobile bill,i couldn't call out or text but i could receive calls and texts,but the thing i notice was my 3g network was turn off so couldn't brows the web or use youtube,so if they have the"power to do this,why can't we.i luv my phone,but if iam not browsing or using youtube,whats the point of leaving the 3g,2g network on,i can conserve battery life of my phone.i dont know if you need the 3g,2g to be on when getting updates,iam sure you do,but in the mean time i like to turn off that part of the phone and just recive calls and text like a regular phone.please consider doing this,i think this would be a big help
