Anyone done upgrade swap with sams club? It's like upgrading another line but put your sim card in new phone. I don't want to be charged deactivation fee. Radioshack states they'll charge but it never happens to people who have done it.

..$1.01 from sams club BUT they didnt tell me it was out of stock. They did change my data plan from my grandfathered unlimited to 200MB. I called AT&T and they said to call when i get the phone and they will revert it back. We'll see when i get this. I'm stuck with an iphone 3G thats been jailbroke for two years so i desperately need an upgrade.

i just called a local samsclub for a co-worker that wants one and i was told the offer was supposed to expire yesterday but its still coming up in the system for $0.96...unfortunately, they are out of stock.

I am still getting pending order validation here. I also have it pending on my bank account so who knows if or when I may get the phone

Same thing here. I placed my order Thursday morning and initially it listed the shipping date as Nov. 28. Today it says Nov. 29 and still says pending validation. I'm getting nervous. Probably should have gone to the store Friday morning and picked one up.

I strolled in Sam's at like 6pm on Friday and picked mine up no way would I get up early for that crap. Same thing at Sears went in there at 12 and got everything I went in for.

Mine was stuck at pending order validation for the longest time ever since early Thurs morning when ordered. I just checked this morning and it nowsays I shod get it tomorrow. So hopefully that what will happen to everybody else who ordered

I emailed their customer service department yesterday and got a reply a few minutes ago. It said they had sold out but were getting more tomorrow (Nov. 30) and expect it to ship then. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I had bought it on black friday special as well. Should be delivered today. However big issue, they completely fubar'd our family plan. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone, that's it. Our plan had grandfathered unlimited, and like anyone else I know with it (or reading online), you get your phone through whatever retailer and then just call AT&T back and they'll have grandfathered unlimited reactivated on the account. Since when your purchase there's no 'unlimited' anymore, and generally stores can mark down 'keep plan the same'....

So yesterday I get a text msg from AT&T saying we've used majority of our data plan?? I guess upon buying this phone on 11/23 they automatically switched to that new plan (200mb one). I didn't know it was going to change our whole fam plan right that instant, though it would be up receiving and activating the phone to which I would call AT&T and have them revert back the unlimited.

However there's something in sams clause, that says any change or anything to the "plan" will result in a $400 charge. And I remember in talking with them I explicitly mentioned this and they too said oh no prob a plan has to be selected for right now, then when you get your phone call at&t to have them switch back the unlimited plan you had previously.

Got my new S2 Saturday and I'm loving it. It's amazing how much faster it is than my old Captivate. And the GPS actually works...

wish my gps was as good as yours , the testing i have done with it , its about the same as captivate :-( i cant get gps to be more accurate then 150 feet or so. 96 cents is still an hella good deal for an phone tho
