Phone Call Life Timers/Battery Temps

I just got a "Certified Like New" replacement phone from Verizon today, via Fedex, and want to see how much the phone was used before I received it. I know with the HTC Evo that I had, before this phone, I could do ##786# and get into some other menu's that weren't available normally, which would give me the total number of minutes used on the phone, amount of data used on the phone, in service date, etc...

I have yet to be able to figure anything like that out on this phone and would like to know if there are any secret menu's that I could get into to look at that stuff.

I did go into the #*#*4686*#*# or whatever it is, but when I went into the "phone" portion of the menu, it said 35499 ms, which I have NO clue what it means... I've also read about people finding out the temperature of their battery in their phone- where would I find that info out??

Any help would be great!

you mean *#*#4636#*#* ? It should give you a "Battery" option where you can see temps. I'm not really fond of installing apps that do the temps for me. Why complain about Verizon installed bloatware only to install some bloatware of your own? At any rate, holy crap 35499 is a LOT of time. I've had my phone for 3 weeks and my usage of HTC sense is near that. It looks like that thing has been used for awhile.

I have the rezound that I was using this morning, (that overheats), and now the "certified like new" device out of the box from Fedex, which so far has not overheated yet- Unfortunately I may be stuck keeping the refurbished device, since it has yet to overheat. If I put the LTE sim card and battery back in the other Rezound, it will be running pretty hot pretty quick. Not sure what to do....

If anyone knows what this 35499 ms is, please let me know. I've made a few calls on the phone since I got it, and now that reading is up to 161992 ms, whatever that means...

**EDIT**- I am guessing that the ms stands for Mili Seconds, which when I do the conversion, the 161992 comes out to two minutes or so of use, which cannot be right. There has to be another "life timer" on this phone somewhere...

If that's the case though, the refurb turnaround seems a little too fast if there was something genuinely wrong with the phone. The tech probably just did a reset and sent it on its way. I did some google searching online for what time measurement "ms" stood for- everything I came up with said Mili-Seconds, which when I put the number of "ms" Mili-Seconds (I think is what it means) into an online converter, it said that my phone has been used like 2.6 minutes, which is wrong- I've made probably 45 minutes worth of calls on the refurbished phone, so i'm back to square 1- not sure what that representation stands for.

If it actually was Milliseconds then my count for my email would be MUCH higher. As it stands right now it's indicating I only use .3 hours of email, and that would've been correct at 7:20 am (got in to work at 7:00am).

I just did a hard reset on the refurbished phone, just to see what it would do. I went back into that menu after the reset, and it knocked that number (ms) down to what equated to 30 seconds of use. I'm guessing that somewhere burried in the phone's software build is a life timer & data meter for the device- something that cannot be reset simply by a hard reset.
