GTA 3 problem?

i downloaded a GTA 3 apk for the android and it installed all good, then when i went to play it, it came up with a message saying "you need to download additional files over the internet in order to play this game". so i press ok and it downloaded to 33% then a message saying something about my internet connection, so i tried doing it again and and it started at 33% then got up to 60 or 70%, then came up with the error message, how do i fix it?

Are you using Wifi or 3g to download the files? If its on 3g try to connect to wifi and try again, it could be a fair use policy on your carrier.
