Many updates ago, i read about too many problems, and didnt feel like dealing with fixing them, so i have ignored updates for a loooong time now,

can someone update me on what the latest Android version i should be running is? I am currently running 2.2, pri 1.77_003, prl 60683

how far behind am I, and am i missing out on much?

unrooted btw

well you are on froyo still, but the latest ota's has seemed to fix most of the issues with gingerbread. the latest ota 4.54 adresses the security issue that gingerbread has. however, it does not address the Carrier IQ issue.

but i would root your phone, so that you can get rid of carrier iq.

I'm not rooted but the latest update still hasn't resolved the homescreen/sense sporadic reboot issue.

Any help/insights on this would be greatly appreciated.
