Rattle in the camera area - does your do it too?

My phone has the slightest rattle in the top of the phone - near the camera. Is this common? My DInc did it too.

Lightly tap on the back of the phone and listen near the top...does it make a noise?

I noticed a VERY slight rattle, but I assumed it was the gyroscope. I could hear it ever so slightly on the dinc, too. Never bothered me on either phone, though.

Did you drop the phone at all? If so, I guess it could be a loose part. But I think it's more likely that it's just the AF or the gyroscope and is nothing to worry about!

Its my understanding that every gnex does it. When I recently went in for a replacement, he pulled out a brand new box with 10 new phones. I asked if we could test each one for the rattle and EVERY one had it. He then pulled out his own gnex and sure enough it did the same as well. I think it comes down to who notices it. The customer service rep thanked me for pointing it out so that he can now notice it every time he puts it down.

Dude... you have a tv remote with a gyroscope?!? That's AWESOME!!!!

Yeah, it's a Logitech Harmony remote. The gyroscope is so that whenever you pick it up, it awakens and the buttons light up. Anyway, a day or so after I had it, I dropped the remote and it rattled. I though something was broken inside, so I returned it, only to find out the new one rattled too. Suddenly it occurred to me about the gyroscope. Luckily, when I heard the slight rattle in my Nexus, I new immediately what it was. Otherwise, I probably would've freaked, lol.

hahah yep, I found out the same way. It makes perfect sense now (screen comes on when picked up/etc), but at the time it was new and my then 3 year old dropped it and I thought "oh great, something broke inside", but sure enough it's just the gyroscope. BTW, the noise from the Harmony remote (I have the Harmony One) is much louder/more noticeable than what I was able to hear on the Nexus.
