I have gone over to the darkside of the force: The HTC Hero
I went out over the weekend and for the first time, I really felt it was time to let my brick go. I was on the dancefloor and I couldn't even get my groove on right, because my Moment was trying to slip out my pocket, ruining my moment while I was dancing with a handsome feller...(lol) I think the alcohol also intensified my irritation...
Anyways, I went and got a Hero yesterday and my Moment will be on eBay today. I never thought a phone being a brick would bother me until now. I will say one thing, there is a difference in the 800mhz processor vs. the 500 mhz processor on the Hero, however its not major enough for me to cry about it.
My purse feels so much lighter now and I do like the Sense UI that I read a lot of complaints about. Now one thing is true, there is a noticible lag when you go from portrait to landscape with the keyboard, but I don't mind. I no longer have to deal with carrying a brick around. I did love my Moment, but its just way too much weight for me.
