Easiest way to add a few songs to iSyncr

Hi I was wondering what the easiest way to add one or a few songs to iSyncr. I know how to add a certain playlist but I download a lot of songs from iTunes and it's hard to keep track of which ones I've added after I buy new ones. Is there an easy way to add songs that aren't on your phone but are in your iTunes library. Please help.

I think just having iSyncr set to sync only songs that are checked in iTunes will ensure that everything you want is transferred. Personally I have a smart playlist called "Checked Music" to avoid syncing videos and such.
