THX for the input TS & DA. I'd heard about the AIRAVE previously, but, last night had stumbled across an AIRAVE2 @ e-Bay under $100.
At this price,I may just give it a try.According to a map of SPRINT's towers, there are two within fairly close proximity of my area, virtually the same distance, actually.I'm guessing w/the amount of traffic being the same on both,my phone can't decide which tower to select & therefore constantly toggles on & off, even while stationary.

Even if the AIRAVE2 only picks up 3G,as long as it stays strong & locked on,I'd hope that I would have the same experience as Drexappeal has w/his,by simply manipulating the antenna to select one tower over another.

Yeah, the Airrave 2 blows the Airrave 1 away most definitely. I have the airrave 1 sitting around and Sprint told me I could do whatever I want with it (just like any phone I might have had in the past). Thing is, it only works when you link it to the account and have the additional airrave charge, so it's not even really worth selling.

I was about to post up that there's a Lexar 32gb micro SD Class 10 on Amazon's deal of the day for $39.99, but just saw the add on the side of the forums! I swooped one up already, even though I already have a 32gb.

Anybody have any experiences with a Class 10 card on the MoPho? Aside from transferring files, any other differences noticed?

Sounds good! Please post both links because I can't find either one of them. Thanks!

Sorry, that was yesterday. Android forums even had a banner ad to the left side of the page where it was clearly visible.

It's back up to 54 bucks today:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004AM610M/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details

Yeah,I was looking for that as well, but, too late by the time I saw your post.

I guess I'll stick w/my 16GB-CLASS 10 from PNY for now.

While browsing AMAZON,& A/F,I came across a thread that stated the 64GB cards(by SANDISK) will work w/most phones, even if the phone isn't rated to accommodate that high GB of a card.I suspect the card will work, but only up to the rated capacity of the phone & not read the remaining GB.

If/when the prices drop,I may try one of these, provided the PHOTON can read all 64GB of data on the card.

Anyone pick up a 64GB Micro SD Card to try out on the PHOTON,or,any phone, for that matter?

Man, had I known, I would've stuck the URL in my post as well. Thought it would be too obvious to avoid because the banner took up the entire left side of the screen. Nontheless, I'll keep it in mind for next time I see a 32gb microSD deal.

FYI, for those that haven't shopped there before, Daily Deals, 1 Sale A Day , DailySteals

No, that's not right. Zagg's Invisible Shield is a thin film that slides on after you wet the surface. I've used it on lots of phones & GPSes and can say this with assurance.

I should clarify. Invisible shield requires a WET install, unless it's specifically a "dry install" version. I used to use Invisible shield as well, but not all Invisibile shields are made to be dry install. All invisible shields used to be wet install only.

FYI, for those that haven't shopped there before, Daily Deals, 1 Sale A Day , DailySteals® | Online Deals | Deals Site : DailySteals.com , and Woot® : One Day, One Deal? always have sales going on for 32gb microSD card. Just have to check it every day, so you won't miss out. And considering the info KOLIO posted regarding the 64gb microSD being released, I'd imagine there'll be a lot more sales going on. If the 64gb microSD can be recognized by phones, I'm definitely upgrading at some point...again...LOL.

No problem on posting the link.I'm sure the ad stuck out like a sore thumb, however, those of us that usually log on to A/F via the PHANDROID APP wouldn't have seen it.

Like I said, not a problem,as sales on SD Cards & assorted phone accessories come & go on an almost daily basis.

Now,if you should see the LAPDOCK 500 at a steal of a price,(>$250 or so),feel free to shout it from the rooftop & post the good news in every thread in this forum! :p

Seriously didn't think about the Phandroid app part of it.

Hahaha...KOLIO, Lapdock 500 on sale for that price...I think I'd post that up on every single accessory thread for phones that can use it!...LOL.

When it comes to Sandisk, their class 4 are usually way higher, more like a 6 or 8. Can't go wrong with the brand.

btw, I did not know that you can't have a 64GB in a phone. Good to know.

TS

Yup. I have a Class 4 in my phone right now and transferred my Class 2 over to my tablet. Since I'll now have the Class 10 (likely going in my phone), I'm trying to decide what to do with my Class 2 (probably will go in one of the other products I won that takes microSD card).

Well, I'm not completely sure phones "can't" have 64gb microSD, but none of them have indicated compatibility. I do remember early on, when the 32gb microSD was released, there was speculation that it wouldn't work with older phones that supposedly could only recognize up to 16gb. I got my 32gb microSD, prior to getting my EVO, and tested it out on my TouchPro which did identify the total available memory...Thing is, I never tested out to see if it would cap off when reaching 16gb and hide files after that. Eventually, I'd love to have 64gb microSD on my phone.

Got my Class 10 microSD yesterday! Although I never would've said this before, I do have to say that I noticed a difference in speed for loading files, as well as transferring files.

I ran into a slight hiccup when I first got it and had transferred all the folders from my previous 32gb card (Not all the files copied correctly), once I got it working properly and there were no issues with the phone functionality, it's been great!

Seems that Motorola is continuing to listen to customers demands for more accessories that work with numerous devices. First we have the Lapdock 100 and 500 and now they introduce the Multi-device HD Dock and HD Station, that can be used with the Droid 4, Atrix 2, Electrify, Wifi XYBoards tablets and our own Photon 4G.

Go Motorola.

Wish they did this earlier! That's awesome! Although, I'm wondering why it's limited to just those phones because the micro-HDMI and micro-USB inputs seem to be the same location and with that sliding port that pushes the phone into place, I wonder why other phones wouldn't work?

If Motorola continues to standardize the location of the micro-HDMI and micro-USB ports, that opens a ton of possibilities for accessories in the future (even non-Motorola manufactururers). Not that I would necessarily need to by non-Motorola accessories, but I love having options!

I've said it before, but happy to say it again, I think Motorola absolutely kills HTC as far as OEM accessories are concerned. In all the past few years owning HTC devices, I loved how the OEM HTC accessories looked, but functionality wasn't anywhere near as great as it was for the Photon accessories right off the bat! Lovin' the MoPho's continued support and hope that Motorola continues to expand its relationship with Sprint, even though it is obviously still heavily connected with Verizon.
