Sprint confirms unlimited will stay with LTE.

That's half the story. Now waiting to hear the other half, the price of a "truly Unlimited" LTE data plan.
I have to agree. When they pushed out 4G the first time around we all had to start paying a 10 premium data fee and the 'useable' premium data was no where to be found. Now that they will have a real 4G network I can't imagine there won't be an assoicated fee with it.

since my $10 goes to WiMax that sucks in my area, i will just now apply my $10 to LTE...

problem solved :-D

Sprint owes me $240 since they never built WiMax in my area despite selling their WiMax 4G phones here. ;)

If they are going to increase rates due to LTE, it should only be in areas that have LTE. If they try to screw us over again, it's early termination time.

Contrary to what a few of the users here have said, I dont see the unlimited data plans going away on Sprint for quite some time. Nearly all of Sprints add's include the fact they are unlimited.. Sprint stresses that. Additionally, there have been several of Sprint's top exec's that have stated Sprint has no intent of removing unlimited data. As far as raising the plan prices, eventually yes, but I highly doubt that will happen for foreseeable future.

Exactly. Looking forward to hear Dan Hesse say these words, hopefully in a couple of hours in NY. :D
