Does anyone know where I can find individual parts? I have searched but not found what I am looking for. It appears that I damaged my SIM port by stupidly putting a micro adapter in w/o the card and bend out the pins. I have disassembled my device and the part is easy to replace if I can find a replacement. Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: Never mind. I found parts on ebay by perfecting my query.

Can you post the parts you found so that other users in the future can find the answer if they too have the question?

Sure here are the search results, lg vs920 sim | eBay. I do not know how long they will be relevant. I just chose the one of these that could ship fastest. When I was searching I got a lot of garbage like cases and such so I changed my search to vs920 over Spectrum and instead of searching for parts are I searched for the term sim.

For those who might happen into a position like this, I just had my phone showing that it did not have a sim in it but the sim had no problems showing up in my Nexus. I searched for pictures of a teardown so that I could compare the look of my SIM card slot to what it should like and I found this, Teardown: LG Spectrum 4G for Verizon (VS920) |. Mine had obvious differentiation from the pic in the teardown.

The back of the device is easily taken off by removing the screws and using something to pop it off around the little tabs (some type of hard plastic.) It was really easy and the part that I am replacing popped off of the main board easily and was only connected by one strip which of course popped out. If you do this your camera sensor might pop out as it seemed kind of loose but it should not be a problem to just put it back in when you put it back together.

That is about all I can say at the moment. If someone stumbles across this in a google search a year from now, I hope this helps.
