Hey rswheaton, you ever get this resolved?

I'm in the exact same boat as you. It's bout to make me go mad!

ADB worked fine on the stock ROM, so I feel pretty confident that I at *least* halfway know what's going on.

All sharp objects have been removed from the room and I'm not wearing shoe laces....


Yes I did... I had to install the HTC Sync drivers.
