Seriously, wasn't meant to be some drama nuke, just didn't want to come right out and disagree with the poster who tipped about the whole 512 ram + 512 rom (".86 Gb"). I've been told not to expect any more than 512 and that it doesn't matter because the thing is fast as $hit. That's it, no other hidden meaning. I was told to look for another surprise (good) unrelated to the specs (whatever that means)...this is why I didn't want to say anything because it's so vague and I should have just resisted temptation and kept my mouth shut. those are the evergreen specs Anon mentioned are the "real" specs so, basically, the only thing that we've been talking about that is different from those specs is possibly greater than 512MB RAM. Um, so if that's the big negative.... I think we are more than still in good spirits.

The real question now is: WILL THERE BE AN ANNOUNCEMENT?

I think Anon was a little timid since the fallout of posting those rumors from someone's HTC source claiming a 5MP cam. Anon, I believe in the power of you and DROID to take decent pictures in and around the VZW and HTC booths. Yes sir, you will infiltrate the keepers of the infoz, you will be successful.

I thought it was something exciting to report about. It arrived on a Sunday from HTC on Fed-ex. I thought that was post-worthy to most of you in here. I guess I was wrong. I am no "news-radio." I did not come to this forum for the past 6-7 weeks to stir up a bunch of bullshit. I have a lousy Moto V3a Razr and was hoping to share info on the best new upcoming smartphone out there on VZW with a group of like-minded, intelligent individuals with that common interest. But, whatever. Believe what you will - it's a free country. I haven't misled ANYONE. If any of you feel the need to drive up to NW Montana to see this box for yourself, have at it. I'll give you directions. There's no pleasing everyone, that's for sure. I'll just shut the hell up and wait for this damn phone to release. I hope you all enjoy it when it comes out, too.

Just ignore Sigfried and hemRoyds. He's got nothing to contribute, but doesn't hesitate to pester those who do.

I for one would be coming to Kallispell this weekend if I didn't already have plans. I could pretend like I had a knife and tell that guy to, "Open the box or Mountain Man gets it!"

Big Mt. is one of the best this side(if barely) of the Rockies.

Well, that's better! I was afraid that the iphone was coming to Verizon in June and Steve Jobs killed the Incredible as part of the deal. Really glad that isn't the case. OR something. I put my credit card in my wallet in case this thing comes out while I'm at work!
