Help PLEASE HELP cant upload pictures or videos through my homes wifi...

My phone will upload pictures and videos to any apps on 3G or other networks but my home one it always fails I can not figure this out. I have a netgear router and I'm with orange do I need to open a port or something?

My GFs phone also has the same issue.

If you can connect to the internet from your Android device through the router then your router did his job.

On the Android devices you can install this app: LazyDroid which will open a port on your device and allow you to access your device using a browser on a computer or another device on the network.

On this example, this user can access his device using a browser by visiting the url http://192.168.1.198:8080

So I would have to use my computer to upload pictures and such? that is no help I use apps like instagram alot with depend on uploading pictures directly from your phone.
