Root lg connect wont go past lg screen

ok so i had clockworkmod and i downloaded an app and my pics disappered. i downloaded a file manager and saw that the pic were still in my memory card. so i factory restored my phone and not it wont get past the LG screen. i tryed everything....the phone wont even stay on.....HELP PLEASE
