Amzer Swiveling Air Vent Vehicle Car Mount For Motorola - Motorola Droid A855 - Vehicle Mounts - Fommy.com

Anyone have experience with this mount? I've mixed reviews on their other mounts, but not much on this particular one. Thinking of picking it up. My jeep's windshield is to far away to use a windshield mounted option. This is perfect, assuming the quality is OK..

This mount doesn't work too well on vertical vents.

Works just fine on horizontal ones though.

These are my vents.. can be spun either way. Do you know if the "clamps" for the vent are adjustable, width wise?

No they aren't adjustable, and I don't think you have wide enough vents to clamp onto.

The clip works best if it can fully encapsulate the louver , yours look to be too large.

Of course the mount only costs 10 bucks or so, it may be worth taking the plunge and perhaps modifying it to fit if it doesn't.

tons of cool Droid mounts. I have the visor and the cigerette as they both use the t-notch Droid holder so I can move it around.
