Help Camera crashing in safe mode

Just got my new RAZR M and it was performing awesomely until I went to try out the camera. Whenever I launch the camera application the phone crashes and reboots. I tried some third party camera applications and experienced the same problem. I booted into safe mode and the stock camera application still reboots the phone there. I did a factory reset and experienced the same behavior.

Anything I should look for in the file system or any ideas? Is it a lemon? Thanks.

Took it to a Verizon corporate store and they replaced it with a new one. RAZR M seems great.
