Root Is anyone working on or tried to figure out how to root this phone?

I am just curious if anyone is working on a root for this phone or if anyone knows how to root it yet? Or if anyone has tried and what happened if they did? Because the stock version has a ton of cruddy apps that take up too much space n is just an ugly stock rom lol :-/ hate to say it but it's true!

yea there is root for this phone. i just posted a link for another person that i found on xda. here it is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1698905. just follow the instructions and u will be fine. i just got my prism today and already rooted it

Huawei Prisim/Sonic u8650 Cyanogenmod 7.2 Stable ((Working!)) with root!

I wanted to share this. I didn't find a working rom and su and CMW all in one place that worked for me. So I wanted to help and supply it here.

To root just install CMW recovery than apply root.

[/COLOR]My wi-fi issue is that my wi-fi wont turn on. When I try to turn it on I just say error where you usually would say connected and my hotsspot has same issue. Does anyone know of a fix I can do for this. Thanks
