Howdy all!

I am having trouble pinpointing where my battery drain is coming from and I am hoping to find some help here. Last night I went to be with my phone charged 100%, I woke up this morning with it down to 82%. Below are a few screenshots..

Thoughts?!?! In the first screenshot, above android system is Kernal(Android OS) 16.1% <-- sorry was cut out of screenshot.

So in 9-1/2 hours, you lost about 20%? That would seem fine to me. :)

If the phone's idle, i.e. overnight, it should be half that, IMO.

I found that most of my battery use was caused by intermittant WIFI. Poor coverage causing interminable stopping and searching. YMMV

Yup, I've seen that as well.

OP, the phone is waking up in the night and probably syncing something. That's your best place to start.

looks like you are in a area of poor cell coverage, are you near a wifi access point? you could leave your wifi on, Wifi will use less power than cell if you have any services that wake up and require data.

Exactly this... Your cellular signal in the graph is very poor. Your device is sleeping as there's barely any awake time but the cell radio power output is way up trying to maintain a connection. Try your phone in airplane mode and I bet it's significantly better.

That is too much. On a full battery I lose about 5 or 6% at night, 2% in airplane mode.
The trick is to get your phone into deep sleep as quick, often and long as possible. I have all location services switched off and my email configured to only push during the day. If you make sure that it does not have to wake up to do stuff (turn a radio on, sync email, report location etc) the battery will last a lot longer.
