For along time ive had backside IHO for my op v, but I wanted a changed so I flashed the cm9 quattrimus onto my phone

since then Ive been able to get almost nothing done

anytime I launch an app or make changes my phone reboot
when the rom launches again it says "android updating" or something like that everytime

ive reflashed and even redownloaded the rom and im still getting the same results, are there any fixes for this? would the AOPK version work better? ( ive flashed the AOPK version and am still experiencing the same problems)

please help

It seems as if the ROM became corrupt on the download. Verify with an MD5 sum checker from the PlayStore. Then check the alpha/numeric code output with the one from the developers site.

Download the ZenGarden recovery in the zip form. Flash it from the current recovery like a zip. When it's done go to advanced section. Select the reboot recovery option. It will now reboot into the best recovery for the V currently available. Go to the wipe option and select every option once. This will ensure you leave no residual data behind to corrupt the new install.

Flash ROM (assuming the ROM.zip is not corrupt)
Reboot ROM, wait 5 minutes, reboot again. Don't mess with CPU settings, at all.
This should cure your FC problems.
