Collecting Throttled AND Unthrottled Data Speeds

==========COPY TEXT HERE==============

Carrier: Carrier Name
Throttled: No (or answer yes if you have exceeded your monthly cap and the speeds you are posting are the throttled speeds for your carrier)
Location: City, State
Device: Make/Model

3 measurements of each (in text)-
Ping: time in milliseconds
Upload: speed in megabits per second (Mbps)
Download: speed in megabits per second (Mbps)

Additional: Optionally include any other info that you think may be related to your speeds.

==========COPY TEXT HERE==============

Make Certain your device WiFi is OFF (of course :)). You can use these apps to get measurements: Speedtest.net, Internet Speed Test

Thanks to everyone who helps! This list will help others get a better idea of what carrier speeds are possible in different areas. Please make sure to fill in all fields. Do not post a picture of your speeds. If you have a comment or would like to address some else's post, please do so on the discussion thread. Let's keep this thread clean and on topic. Thanks

Carrier: Verizon Wireless
Throttled: No
Location: Hamlin, NY
Device: Samsung Galaxy Nexus (4.2.1)

Ping: 132ms, 127ms, 140 ms
Upload: 0.13 Mbps, 0.10 Mbps, 0.13 Mbps
Download: 0.34 Mbps, 0.62 Mbps, 0.55 Mbps

This wasn't where I live, I'll post those tomorrow. Not worth posting at night because towers aren't congested and thus inflate real world numbers.

Edit: New Data
Throttled: No
Location: Rochester, NY
Device: Samsung Galaxy Nexus (4.2.1)

Ping: 94ms, 116ms, 107ms
Upload: 4.87 Mbps, 1.98 Mbps, 1.70 Mbps
Download: 3.98 Mbps, 8.67 Mbps, 6.41 Mbps

Pretty variable IMO.

Carrier: MetroPCS
Throttled: No
Location: DFW, TX
Device: LG Motion 4G

Ping: 49, 45, 55
Upload: 3.18, 2.51, 4.33 (Mbps)
Download: 6.25, 8.00, 4.43 (Mbps)

Additional: These three are from various locations around the North Dallas, Irving, and or Garland areas. I can't remember precisely where, but as you can see, a couple of good speeds and some mediocre. But all better than the 3G speeds we were getting on Metro.

New results:

Carrier: MetroPCS
Throttled: No
Location: Richardson, TX
Device: LG Motion

Ping: 41, 54, 48
Upload: 3.88, 4.68, 4.69 (Mbps)
Download: 15.38, 13.00, 9.19 (Mbps)

As can be seen by the times, I did the tests all in the same place and one after the other.

Carrier: Verizon 4G
Throttled: No
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Device: LG Spectrum 4G

Ping: 48, 89, 110
Upload: 9.04, 11.03, 10.83
Download: 24.15, 26.26, 26.64

Additional: This area has High data speeds for the big 4 besides sprint. My co worker gets near 20.0 on Tmo. This was during peak hours on 3 different test servers (to rule out server lags). During other times of day the data speed is near double down and up with same ping.

Metro pcs unthrottled
Boston MA
Samsung avant

Ping 38ms
Up 12.18,15.2,14.8 mbps
Down 6.9,11.5,9.26.9,11.5,9.2 mbps

Throttled

Ping 98ms
Up 1.08,.86,.43 mbps
Down. 12,.18,.242mbps

I'm in a high high coverage area. Throttled speeds are supposed to be 3G as opposed to 4G, but as clear from my results they are even slower than 2G

If I call metro says they show I'm reaching speeds of..... Insert number here... I used ookla speedtest
