What's your favorite calendar app?

Business Calendar.

It syncs with google calendar but has more functionality & a nicer ui.

I tried all the ones suggested on this thread and I have to say I found Business Calendar to be the best one. Love the sleek scroll-able widget.

Does anyone know if the paid version allows you to customize the look of the calendar within the app itself? I see that it gives options for the widget but I can't tell if it lets you modify the colors of the calendar within the app.

So far, I'm fine with the free version, but some customization might convince me to purchase.

I use the Google calendar. You can sync your cpu and phone together easily. You can build calendars or use those like holidays and tides.
Just go to calendar settings on your computer and confirm and sync your phone number. Then you can use either device with the same calendar. You can share with friends and family too.
Hope that helps some.

I tried it but I didn't like the widget. Most calendars do pretty much the same thing. So for me it is all about widget appearance on my home screen... and the ability to customize the colors of the views within the app itself.

For now, I've chosen Business Calendar. Until I get bored with it, I'm sure :)

Yea its a little plain, but i did find a way to add background images.
My calendar>settings>Labs. You can use your own images.

True story. Go Calendar Widget is probably my favorite except for the part that they force you to use Go Launcher. So I've been using APW widgets. If you buy it, you can use themes for it. It works with any calendar app.

Seconded. :)

TBH I've got too many calendars! Right now I use APW for my agenda widget, Business Calendar (paid, with dark theme) as my main calendar app, have Pimlical for when I want to do something fancy like irregular repeats (very flexible, but poor agenda view, which is my most-used), and am playing with Pocket Informant 3 Beta (the previous PI was hideous IMO, but the new version seems quite nice). Plus Calendar Snooze handles reminders whatever calendar app I use.

I've probably played with most of them at some point, but that's my current set.
