Lock Screen Notification

Hey guys,
I have tried both NiLs and Dashclock. I am having a problem that I can't seem to figure out. When I get a new text my lock screen adds another (widget?) screen that shows an ugly yellow text notification. If I swipe left I can go to what I want to be my home/only on screen notification area (using Nils or Dashclock). I cannot figure out how to turn off that extra screen from popping up and getting default focus. Anyone else have this problem?

didn't get any solution I think you cant hide that yellow widget
It appears when ever you have unread sms.

that's what i figured, i was just hoping that someone had a craft solution.
