I had the 16GB first, which only had a little over 9GB of personal combined storage. I took it back for the 32GB and have over 24GB of personal storage. Outside of that, those are the only differences. Oh, there is a $50 price difference too. (But well worth it in the long run.)
If you use mostly the stock Samsung applications and not much else, the 16 GB model is fine. But if you want to use allot of your own apps or download content from Google play, Netflix, Hulu, or such to view offline you need the 32GB. You can't place those on the microSD card and you quickly fill up the onboard space.
Interesting. Do you think Samsung will eventually integrate the MicroSD into the internal memory? I think they're disabling it on purpose for this exact reason

I've had my S4 for about a month now. Its a 16gb. I've had no problems yet with memory but I wish I would have known because I would have gotten the 64gb version.
