Help Redownload Apps

Hello:

I just got my phone back from being fixed and it is wiped clean *sigh*...I'd like to reinstall all the good apps I had before...

Problem is that I can see the list of all the good ones I rounded up and had on Google Play but they won't reinstall... Google Play says they are already installed...but like I say the fix it guys wiped them out

How can I reinstall these thanks!

Go to Manage Apps, scroll down to Google Play Store, click on it and Clear data, Clear cache. You'll have to sign in again to Google Play Store but your apps you now be download able.

Thanks for the reply! When I do what you say will the apps i want still be there listed or will I have to hunt them all down again?

Thank you very much for your help...I sure have a long journey now to reconfig my phone...

Question is there a program like on a PC you can make an image and on a NEW computer you can copy that to it and not have to reinstall and config everything again...I guess I wonder if once i have everything the way i like it again can I make and IMAGE copy for future wiped restarts? Is there some software for this kind of thing (easy software LOL)

Sorry I'm sort of a newb but I don't know where you are talking about ...don't know where MANAGE APPS is? phone? Google Play on internet or what

It didn't ask me to re-sign. It just asked me to re-confirm the store's terms. It caused some existing apps to get updated, but old apps have yet to show up.

So what's going on?

Assuming you are rooted, Titanium backup will allow you to backup your apps, and create a flashable zip file that you can flash onto your device (requires the Pro version of Titanium backup though).
If you are using a custom launcher, just backup the settings of that launcher to set up your home screen icons the way you want them.

In the play store app on your phone, go to menu--> my apps, and swipe over to "All" - you should see all the apps you have ever installed/purchased on that screen (assuming you are logged in with the same google account)

Manage apps - go to your phone's settings, go to the "All" tab, and click on "Application manager". Scroll down the list and you should see "Google play" app there. Clear the cache there. (I don't think it will ask you to sign in again by clearing cache though. If you clear data, it will ask you to sign in again)

I could reinstall them all from my phone but not from the list on my PC!
