Root [Virgin Mobile] [ROM] 8/1 Slim & Stock-ish Rooted ROM

OK I'm having problems now. I rebooted the phone and everything was fine I installed some apps ,but my battery was about to die so I turned it off and switched batteries. Now the phone launches home screen pops up I unlock it and 2 seconds later it freezes everytime. What do I do?

I was having that problem when I dirty flashed or when I tried to restore my data from the previous version. Try doing a full wipe and flash the rom. I've been running it all day with no problems.

Yea I did a factory reset reinstalled the rom and still no dice
 
Never mind I set up my phone and turned it off. I turned it on later and now its doing the same ting does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

That's quite strange i've been running the newest version of this since i uploaded it... and no problems at all here... Could you post a logcat? Then maybe i could see what the problem you're having is and try to replicate it...
 
how do I get one? ***Update now it is just turning on and off not letting me unlock it
 
I don't think i can since its an app does anyone have a clue on what I can do? I have tried doing
1. A factory reset
2. A Factory reset then installing the rom again
3. Battery pull wait 60 seconds thing.

Also the only way to get my phone to work is go to recovery do a factory reset and reboot sometimes it gets my phone to work for a while ,but if I turn it off it freezes as soon as I turn it on.

Would flashing the stock VM rom save me? then try your rom again?

I'd definitely try flashing the BONE STOCK version of our system....

Well this time I think the problem is fixed. Idk what I did ,but the problem went away.
 
hey punk im having trouble downloading the update for the alllshare cast dongle. everytime i try to update it says package file is invalid.

Edit: now Instagram is saying this. Whats going on?

There should be a fix for this soon right? Because so many people are havibg this problem? Also thanks for showing me that because I was worried that there was sonething wrong with the my phone haha.
 
I don't know, but probably. My EVO 3D is on the 4.3.1 version of the Play Store and I hadn't had any problems, but my SIII is still on the 4.1.1 version.
It's just a few random phones if seems.
