I want to d/l the default ringtones from my Epic 4G to a computer

I moved your question to the Android Lounge since it's not really device-specific. The default ringtones in Android are stored in a protected system folder /system/media/audio/ringtones. Unless you are rooted, you won't be able to copy them easily. If you are rooted, just copy them to a folder called "ringtones" on your Note and it will find them.

If there are only a few you want, you might be able to find them on Zedge.
