email inbox storage past 1 week

Can anyone explain how to expand the email inbox storage past 1 week on the standard Samsung email app? I have a hot mail, gmail, and corporate email accounts and non will show emails more than a week old in the inbox. Please help

I don't think there's a retention setting in the app. It might be the maximum space allowed by the server that's doing it if you get a lot of email. (My main account goes back over a month.)

You need to go into the settings for your email account and increase the time to sycnronize option from one week to a month (I think two months might be the max....I can't remember now). I have mine set to synch up to a month's worth of email.
