More accurately, it was stolen.

And you can now no longer get the 32 GB model through AT&T - you have to order it through motomaker.com, and they're telling me it will take 6 days to ship. I don't think I can be without a phone for 6 days.

This is so frustrating - this was the perfect phone for me. I have small hands, and all of the other phones out there are far too big - except for the samsung galaxy s4 mini (which is way too small to be worthwhile) or the iphone - and I refuse to go back.

Someone comfort me please?

i'm sorry :(.....how unfortunate. do you have insurance? have you used something like plan B ? you can lock the device and even turn the gps on so that you can locate it. maybe you will be able to find the thieves who took it.

whoever took it was smart enough to turn it off, or turn off gps.
I have webroot security and all attempts to locate or communicate with the phone fail, and calls go straight to voicemail.

no insurance, because I'm very careful with my phone (yeah, I know...until the one time I'm not).

I dont know about your store, but mine has the black one in 32g in the store. Just an FYI. I saw it the other day when i was in there wanting to know if they will have the new one in store with 32g. lol also the insurance would not of helped you either. or at least not the att insurnace. i broke mine so bad i could not use it. did the insurance swap and all they had in 32g was an htc one. thus i can not wait for the new x to arrive cause i hate this HTC One.

Well, everywhere I looked for the 32GB Moto X, I struck out. I couldn't even get it from motomaker.com because every time I tried to check out, I got an error - on every computer I tried it from (and there are several in the house).

So I went to Best Buy and found the HTC One M7 and liked the size, but they only had it in blue for AT&T - it was a nice blue, but since I like to have different colored cases to swap out, it would have severely limited my choices. So I went with the HTC One M8, even though it was slightly bigger (taller) than I wanted. I didn't have many choices, really, since most of the phones manufactured today are much too large - at least this one is slim enough for my small hands.

I could have gotten the M7 in black - if I'd wanted to wait two weeks for a phone, which I did not.

Very sorry to hear about your phone. It is quite a burden since we all rely on our phones these days so much to get routine things done. And now your stuck in a rush and yet don't want to settle for just anything. Very tough to deal with. Hoping it works out for you.
