Help S5 with CM11, Camera ??

Hello,
so my S5 is rooted and running CM11 atm.
I know that the S5 camera app doesn't work with cm11 but since I installed cm11 my camera has taken really crappy pictures (Since I cant use stock app).
I have tried google camera which only supports 8mp because of *something* but has the same problem as the rest third-party apps, that they take really horrible pictures. It mostly never gets a good focus, no image-processing (what I can see) and really grainy photos.
Everybody used to be blown-away by my camera when I could use stock camera-app but now they are worse than my old iPhone 3G camera.
Anyone else experiencing the same issue or can provide help?

Am running the latest Nightly release of CM-11, 20141111, on the International, quad core, SM-G900F and the camera is working fine on it for both photos and videos. However, I do prefer the Snap Camera HDR from the Play Store.

Yeah, the latest nightly didnt work for me.
But that app seems nice, but I cant buy things on the market sadly :/
