Which Batteries Will Fit the Incredible?

So, I've read that the batteries from the Droid Eris fit in the Incredible, but what about the Touch Pro 2 batteries?

Amazon currently sells the Seidio 1750mah battery for the TP2 for $39.50, but the Eris battery is $54.99.

If it will fit, I'd obviously rather buy the TP2 battery, as I can get free shipping from Amazon.

The one you're describing as 54.99 is actually 41.00 when purchased from Amazon directly. For some reason the product page on Amazon is promoting "myGearStore" 's price rather than their own.

If you look on the right side of the page you should see:

"More Buying Choices
Add to Cart Amazon.com
$41.00 & this item ships for FREE with Super Saver Shipping. Details
Usually ships in 2 to 3 weeks"

Ok...my question was unanswered in the other thread. Probably because it didn't fit there but this thread definitely does so I'll as again...
From my other post:
"I'm confused (more than usual) but everyone says the TP2 fits. Ok, yes, you are able to put it inside the phone and it works but I've seen a photo of where it was supposedly a TP2 battery and the battery cover does not completely close. There is like a 1mm or so of gap. Is this true and is this what you guys refer to as still fitting?"

More info?

It's 8 dollars more expensive at Seidio site if you want to save 2-3 weeks.

I'm getting the Seidio because I don't base my purchases off one website that claimed Seidio lies about performance.

If there was more evidence, I'd stick to OEM. But I trust Seidio and people with 1750 have already reported going from the morning to 1pm the next day with heavy use.

Yeah, not counting the $7.30 shipping
