Help notification every night at 9pm

Every night at 9pm I get a notification... the sound is not in my phone. I have searched all the apps with no luck - turned off the sounds and still get it. I even dl'ed a app to tell me what the notification was... nothing. I recently had to get a new phone as my last 6s edge just stopped working.

If it's at 9 pm every night, I wonder if a logcat can be run starting at 8:59 and stop just after 9pm.
@Jfalls63... can that be done a an unrooted device?
@DragonFly664, I just assume you are unrooted correct? And also, welcome to AF!! :)
thanks!! yes I am unrooted :) .... logcat? It just rings once, but its driving me crazy as I can figure out where its coming from ;)

Turn your phone off at 8:59 and back on at a later hour until you troubleshoot the situation. But if it's like my phone turning it off when there's an alarm set wouldn't do any good because as soon as the phone is powered up, the alerm will kick on anyway to notify you that it was an alerm set.
Check in your background settings and double check to see what's running. If it's anything running in your phone, there you will find it. Sounds like a push notification from a game or an email notification. You can turn off all your notification from your Settings.

Try going into your settings then Application Manager. Switch to ALL apps and find the Clock app and do a Force Stop then Clear Cache and maybe clear data and reboot your phone. Maybe it's the ghost of a long ago alarm you set.....

I did not get the alarm last night after doing the above.... BUT I will check again tonight since the regular alarm went off this morning... will advise... thanks again for the help

And the saga continues, But hey I just thought of something. I had a similar incident happen to me and I found out later that it was a notification that I forgot I had my Google account linked to. So I went into Google settings and unlinked a bunch of websites and apps I long forgotten I had used in the past. I really didn't know which one it was, because I unlinked all of the them. But guess what that notifications stopped so it had to been my Google account linked with one or more of those items. Go into "Google Account" on you device and look until you see "Connected Apps ", then look through and see if you have anything linked which I'm sure you have connected with your Google Account and unlink it if you're not using it.
