Hello and welcome to Android Forums chrispfam

IIRC, the Boost network is a CDMA network, as opposed to a worldwide GSM one. Therefore, unless your model of Galaxy S4 is a CDMA one for, say, Sprint or Verizon, you are out of luck I am afraid.

Since Boost uses the Sprint CDMA network you could just download and flash, via Odin, the stock Boost firmware. See #1.5 of 29 Galaxy S4 models - know yours?
