What are you thinking?

I'm thinking about how the person who created this "100 Best Songs of the 1980's" list back in January is either someone visiting us from an alternate dimension or somehow without my knowledge or consent, I've been transported to another reality. I was around in the 80's. I followed the music charts, yet somehow I've never heard of some (not all, but some) of the things on this list... Just enough to make me think their reality resembles our own, but is different in a lot of ways. (If I am in another universe where the spork doesn't exist, I will consider remaining.)

Was the name of the alternate universe where you lived in the 1980's called America by any chance?

Wondering if I can do Intermittent Fasting

I tried it for a while. I did it because of the apparent long term health benefits - there's some evidence to suggest that it can help to prevent certain age related diseases. But I had too much weight loss. I was using the 5:2 variant. Living on 500 daily calories is tough. Once you get through the hunger pangs, you can live with it.
