Gaming feels like it's sorta done for me.

So I'm in my late 20s (not that it matters cause there's guys in their 30s, 40s and more who still play) and I seem to have lost interest for gaming as a whole. I have a Nintendo Switch but haven't played it for a month or more, it's in its case so at least not gathering dust. Well, I plan on traveling to countries I've never been before so it suits me that I'm more or less done with video games. /// Plus, I always have my Android phone which I can play a game for 3-5 mins and that's enough.

I used to be a big gamer, but I don't have time to devote to hard core gaming anymore. When I get a couple minutes and want a distraction the games on my Android are just right.

For me, the innovation has gone from computer games. Just more of the same formula, same franchises. Just prettier graphics. I think the game companies play it safe, not surprising with the investment required to create a AAA title.
But then I would play another Portal game, if Valve ever bothered to make another one, which is very unlikely.
I may break out the old Splinter Cell games at some point and replay Sam Fisher's adventures.

Me too!!!

I thought I was the only one but I have had like 0000 time to do any major gaming all my machine just sit there now gathering dust and never being used.

I think I may have grown out of that kind of stage.

Time time time! - and I just have less and less of it these days!

I am now even looking into the BlackBerry KeyONE for productivity reasons. I don't want a fancy cellphone any more - I need to have insane battery life and very high productivity features as well and bullet proof security.

No longer looking for what looks cool or flashy just want speed and I also like BB too :)

I lost interest in gaming in my mid to late 20's too.
In fact, I really don't game at all, even on my device :(

It happens, life takes over, things change (relatively quickly too lol ) yadda yadda yadda.

Although, I've been eyeing a retro Atari console that has about 100 preloaded games on it. I just may buy it for old times sake :D

If you're not enjoying gaming.. don't worry about it. There's nothing that says you must game for recreational purposes.
