Help SNOOZE the alarm by simply touching???

The stock alarm insists on making me slide the screen to snooze it - super annoying.

Anyway to get it to snooze just by touching the screen anywhere?

Would download a replacement, but don't know which one would allow for this...

I am able to just push the snooze button without unlocking. In fact, unlocking my phone turns the alarm off.

Look at the screen when your alarm goes off there are 2 options....slide/swipe down and it turns it off...or hit the itty bitty snooze button on screen....they should have made it larger, but it works.

you can also configure the volume buttons to act as a snooze. In fact I think they are by default.

I was playing with the volume buttons, but they are NOT responsive regardless of what I assign them to.

Anybody? My old Palm (which sucked in all other respects) was nice because when the alarm went off, I just touched the screen anywhere and it would snooze.

I WANT THAT AGAIN. I'm way too groggy in the morning to slide it down or press a specific snooze button.

Stop saying you slide it down to Snoonze it!! When you slide the bar down aka unlock the phone it Shuts the alarm off, meaning it will not go off again and you will be late for work. Their are plenty of alarm clock apps in the market try a few and report back here if you find one you are looking for.

Gentle Alarm

You can just flip the phone over to snooze. No matter what side is down, flipping it over once snoozes it. Super easy to do half-asleep.

The unlock button on the top of the phone also functions as a snooze button.

When I slide to unlock, it turns off the alarm. You have to touch the "Snooze" button underneath to snooze it.

That certainly would be nice. Hopefully someone comes up with an app that does this or something.

You can just flip the phone over to snooze. No matter what side is down, flipping it over once snoozes it. Super easy to do half-asleep.

In the absence of the functionality that knight described, this sounds like a pretty solid option. (That is until they come up with a solid dock of some sort... maybe there's one already out... I'm to lazy to look right now).

So after it is flipped and it is "snoozed", how do you snooze again? Reflip?

that's pretty funny...

on a groggy morning, that sounds a little unsafe on such fragile device

I use my alarm everyday and I snooze EVERYDAY, if you press the power button it works as a snooze too, and the alarm never turns itself off unless the phone is unlocked and the alarm goes off, then it gives you the option to snooze or dismiss...hope this helps.

If you have the sense clock click on the time, it will bring you to the Desk Clock application (alternatively just open the desk clock app), and at the bottom scroll to the icon that looks like an alarm clock.

Just tap on the clock on the main home screen. This will then open up your clock options for desk clock, alarm clock, timer, etc.

My bad looks like it was already answered!

Get Gentle Alarm best alarm in the world IMO.. Just flip over to make it snooze, it's absolutly amazing and has made my life better. I wake up with more energy and never groggy . It's fantastic
