Damaged SD Card...

The card is up and running after I did the error check. It deleted the folders and created "found.000" folders for the corrupted files. I point the problem to the update to BW. I can't think of anything else that would kill those folders.

Ran error check again and it's ok. I also did a defrag just to be on the safe side.

Good you found a way to fix it.

FYI defragging a flash device can cause decreased life expectency.

Standard hard drives will benefit from a defrag because it moves parts of files that are spread around closer together so the head doesn't have to move around from side to side looking for data.

Flash drives have their own internal data management chip which locates data so that memory cells are evenly "worn". Since each memory cell has a limited amount of writes before it can die, defragging can cause that to be worn down faster.
